Remote support
Unlimited helpdesk calls* combined
with remote support starts at £35
per month.
Helpdesk
Costs £60 per hour charged in 15
minute, £15 blocks.
Simply pre-pay £60 or more, then
use the time as you want.

Helpdesk > Pay as you Go
Top up balances
When you top up your account, our helpdesk system will be credited with the equivalent amount
of time. Every call you make is logged into the system and charged against your balance in 15
minute blocks. A monthly report will be sent to you summarising your calls.
Pay as you Go
You can choose to have a pay-as-you-go account that you top up as needed, or a fixed-fee
unlimited use* monthly contract starting from only £35 per month.
Total Care
For offices of 5 people or more, we offer our Total Care service which combines unlimited
helpdesk* and remote support along with full onsite service, pro-active systems management and
system monitoring for a fixed monthly fee.
