Remote support Unlimited helpdesk calls* combined with remote support starts at £35 per month. Helpdesk Costs £60 per hour charged in 15 minute, £15 blocks. Simply pre-pay £60 or more, then use the time as you want. Every call you make is logged into the system and charged against your balance in 15 minute blocks. A monthly report will be sent to you summarising your calls.
