You connect to us using our Remote Desktop software downloaded from this page, so we can
operate your keyboard and mouse. You see what we do and can disconnect at any time.

Pay as you Go
You can choose to have a pay-as-you-go IT service account that you top up as needed to use
for helpdesk calls, advice or support at your offices.
Remote Support
A fixed monthly fee will give you unlimited access* to our helpdesk, starting from £35 per month.
Total Care
For offices of around 5 people or more, the Total Care managed IT service combines unlimited
helpdesk* and remote support along with full onsite service, pro-active systems management and
system monitoring for a fixed monthly fee.
