This service provides desktop support only and none of the maintenance, monitoring, and other benefits of Total Care. Why not try a one-off support call to try out the service for just £25+VAT per call?

Any technical or usability issue on your computer can be solved by us from our offices.

How it works

Call us on 0845 257 9698 to arrange your support session Download DGT_Support.exe Choose to run the program Select the appropriate helpdesk as instructed Click connect		Call us on 0845 257 9698 for connection key information Download the Vine Server disk image. Start the Vine Server program

You are in control. It is not possible for us to connect to your computer, you must start the connection and link to us.

We will be able to view your PC screen and remotely control your keyboard and mouse.

You are able to see everything we are doing on your PC and may close the link at any time.
